Vignobles & Découvertes : D'Hermitage en Saint-Joseph
The Vignobles & Découvertes label aims to provide quality visits and services on the theme of wine. The label appeals to a customer base that appreciates the world of wine without necessarily being connoisseurs, and offers a range of quality services: accommodation, cultural sites, activities and leisure, cellars to visit, restaurants, exploration of natural spaces, events, etc.
Two destinations in Rhône Valley have been awarded the label : D'Hermitage en Saint-Joseph and Rhône Crussol.Destination : D'Hermitage en Saint-Joseph
Situated at the heart of the Rhone Valley along with the Côtes du Rhône Septentrionales, the “D’Hermitage en Saint-Joseph” destination is easily accessible by train and road. The Rhone, the link between the Ardèche and the Drôme regions, connects the “Pays de l’Hermitage” to “Tournonais”.
The three appellations in this region are renowned for their quality: Hermitage, Crozes Hermitage and Saint-Joseph. Visitors can savour these wines on one of the many balconies and terraced vineyards.
Professionals who are part of the “Vignobles & Découvertes” initiative present high-quality services that give pride of place to sharing and authenticity.
The destination offers a selection of 15 cellars providing tastings and discovery visits, some fifteen accommodation options, 12 restaurants, and tourist sites such as the Château de Tournon and Erik Borja’s Zen Garden, along with a wealth of events and activities.
