Discover nature, culture and gastronomy in the Lubéron
The Lubéron’s attraction lies in its landscapes, which have preserved their strong regional identity and are bathed in a unique Provençal light.
The Lubéron is also home to numerous delightful villages dating from the Middle Ages, such as Gordes, Ménerbes and Oppède-le-Vieux , many of which are perched on narrow spits of rock with magnificent views of the surrounding countryside.
Honey, olive oil, truffles and crystallised fruits are other products which will also prove popular with food-lovers, not forgetting ceramics for those who enjoy collecting local art and craftwork.
The park is also the ideal setting for a range of outdoor activities, such as hiking, cycling, climbing etc.
Suggested outdoor activities:
Whether you prefer a short half-day walk, a long-distance hike or exploring an area from a single base, why not take advantage of the park’s 1,000km of marked paths to discover the Lubéron?
