The weekend brunch is sacred! And in Paris, there are not the good addresses that are missing ... Whether you want a classic brunch (scrambled eggs and bacon, pancakes, brioche ...) or a super healthy brunch (açaï bowl, granola House and vegetable milk, avocado toast ...), here are our best addresses of the moment in Paris.

L’Alcazar

On Sunday, at the Alcazar, Angèle Maeght Ferreux, queen of the healthy food, is in charge. Enough to satisfy the appetite of lovers of vegetable cooking and all those who want to brunch otherwise. On the menu, as much as you like: açaï bowl, yoghurt and vegetable milk accompanied by homemade granola and almond puree, gluten-free breads and cakes, fresh fruit juices and hot drinks (coffee, tea matcha latte ...). A salad and excellent porridge are also to be shared. You will then have to choose between several main dishes: avocado toast, farm chicken, vegetarian burger with Ossau-Iraty cheese, or tataki salmon ... All in a sumptuous setting, where cozy sofas and hanging plants rub shoulders.

Wild and the moon

Hanging plants, wooden tables, friendly waiters behind a friendly counter ... here you will feel right at home! In addition, you can come brunch at any time of the day. In the plate, a "healthy food" 100% vegetable and gluten-free (curries, soups, focaccias ...), so delicious that it succeeds in convincing all palates. For dessert, let yourself be tempted by acai bowl with granola (excellent), chia pudding or tart raw tatin. As for hot drinks, apart from the traditional coffee, we enjoy the unctuous latte with chai tea or matcha green tea and very good cold pressed juices.

At Season, everyone can find something to enjoy. Also the followers of the very trendy acai bowl, matcha bowl and other avocado toasts that the hardcore pancakes with bacon and maple syrup or eggs Bénédicte! Pretty deco purified, all sobriety.

Super Nature

In just a few years, Super Nature has seduced the Rue de Trevise: a take away at number 8, a canteen at number 12 and a café-restaurant at number 15. For the brunch formula, Canteen that happens on Sunday. On the menu, among others: fresh fruit juice, brioche, white cheese and house muesli, egg casserole and guacamole. It's organic, it's fresh ... and it's always very good. Outside the brunch, we highly recommend the home-made cheesecake, a delight!

Big love caffè

In the popular Big Mamma series (Ober Mamma, East Mamma ...), here is the Big Love Caffè! Opened at the end of November 2016, it satisfies both the lovers of Italy, the followers of noglu (gluten-free) and those who like to eat well. If in the evening, it is rather pizza (gluten-free and cooked in a wood-burning oven), here you can brunch every day of the week and all day! On the menu: eggs Bénédicte, brioche with the lemon of Amalfi or these denominated "kickass": maxis pancakes with ricotta and blueberries. The Big love caffè is also an atypical setting, with a canopy, large comfortable benches and a decorative Italian grocery.

Holybel

In this Australian-style cafe run by Sarah and Nico, you will be spoken English but above all, you will be served excellent dishes with the seasons. Sunday brunch changes every week! An unforgettable breakfast: generous pancakes with whipped cream, pecans, maple syrup and fresh fruit. At any time, you can also order excellent eggs (scrambled, on the plate, poached ...) accompanied with toast and ingredients of your choice (bacon, cheese, mushrooms ...). Holybelly is also - and above all - good coffees, bought at the Brûlerie de Belleville. Their success is so great (you only have to see the tail at the entrance ...) that a second establishment will open its doors in spring 2017!

Mama Shelter

On Sundays of great cravings, go to the Mama Shelter. The brunch, gargantuan, articulates around several buffets. You will find in particular a bread bar, pastries and brioche, to accompany with whipped cream, jam or even spread. Lovers of English breakfast, scrambled eggs, bacon and poultry sausages are also there! Then, place at the buffet of appetizers (salmon Gravlax, eggs cocottes with chorizo, quinoa salad, charcuterie ...) and to the hot dishes (pizzas, pasta, pavement of salmon, Parmentier of duck ...). Finally, who says Mama Shelter says cheeses (Morbier, Comté, goat ...) and gourmet desserts: waffles with homemade chantilly (delicious!), Fresh fruit salad, assorted dry and fluffy petits fours, chocolate ...
